Officially Binding Promise
“If physical evidence is discovered linking Mr. Sowell as a suspect is this case will be presented to the Prosecutor.”
This letter serves as an official promise from the now Public Safety Director. He is well aware there now exist the “physical evidence (Vernice’s watch among the Imperial victims’ collected jewelry at Coroners) linking Mr. Sowell to her June 2006 assault.
Here’s Your “Linking Physical Evidence”
This photo on the left was taken by Cuyahoga County Coroner November 5, 2009, as indicated. It contains an array of the Imperial Avenue victims’ jewelry.
Keep your eyes on the grey watch embossed with a winding long stem rose near the ruler.
Now look at Vernice Crutcher’s left wrist propped on her knee.
The watch in the coroner’s photo and on her wrist are one in the same. How did it find it’s way among the Imperial Avenue victims’ jewelry?
(The photo to the right around March 2006.) It was taken from her by Mr.Sowell on June 18, 2006. Inside an abandoned house before he sexually and physically assaulted her.
The former Chief of Police has seen this cold case breakthrough. However, he has chosen to ignore it along with the Sex Crimes Unit.
This is not only immoral but illegal according to Ohio Constitution: Rights of Victims of Crime.
